Jio 5G network in India.
Jio 5G Network: Reliance Industries Ltd during its 43rd Annual General Meet (AGM) made said Wednesday. Jio had developed its own Jio 5G Network technology. They plan to offer it to other telecom companies. a move that will be against the likes of Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, and Samsung. This is the first such initiative by a mobile phone operator. They are going to use all Made-in -India tools and technologies. The company will go ahead very soon as the spectrum for it is available from govt. This will be the next generation and high-speed technology.
4G network is kind of satiable for us as it offers significant boost in internet. Such as upload/download speed over 3G. Most of us are good with 1080p videos on YouTube. With 4G LTE, Reliance Jio brought VoLTE which helped the customers. Not only get a crystal clear phone call experience but also get to use the high-speed internet. Even during an ongoing phone call. Despite all this with 5G we will not only get higher speeds but also a more stable network overall.
Jio 5G Plan
The analyst also said that the price may be increased As India is looking. To keep Huawei and ZTE out following hostilities on the border with China. RIL chairman said on speech “This Made-in-India 5G solution will be ready. As soon as the 5G spectrum is available For trials. And can be ready on-field deployment next year. We can easily upgrade our 4G network to 5G as Jio has covered all IP network architecture. Jio Platforms is well-positioned to be an exporter of 5G solutions To different telecom operators globally, as a complete managed service.” Jio 5g plans
The development may get late as UK has been on the way to ban the purchase of Huawei 5G equipments. UK also claims to remove all such gear that’s installed by 2027. In some cases India is seen as lagging behind china and others in terms of techonologies such as 5G. This is not so good perspective that’s why RIL aims to reduce the dependencies on foreign vendors and cost-related advantages.
Jio 5G Net
Rohan Dhamija (The partner, South Asia, Analysis Mason) Says. Technologies like OpenRAN or Cloud are threatening the monopoly of traditional players like Nokia, Huawai, and Ericsson. JIO is leveraging these technologies to develop its own 5G solutions. And is well set to take advantage of its acquisitions of Rancore Technologies and Radisys. These companies are playing a crucial role here in Jio’s 5G journey. As everyone knows 5G is already being used in other countries. Like UK, US, China, Australia, South Korea, Japan. And the number of other European countries. India is late planning 5G spectrum auction until 2021. Because of lack of use cases and lack of interest from private telecom opeelects Such as Bharati Airtel and Vodafone Idea. The base price (Rs 492 crore a unit) seems to very high for these operators like Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea.
Users will just need to upgrade to a new smartphone, there is a lot of work required at the telecom operator’s end.
The upgrade from 4G to 5G is not as simple as it sounds.
The telecom operator needs to purchase the new spectrum that will be used via the government’s spectrum audition.
Additionally, the company needs to set up the equipment around the country through which the network signals will be deployed.
5G will provide significant boost in internet speed.
At most 5G is able to offer 20Gbps downlink and 10Gbps uplink.
This will be shared in between multiple users, which means the end-user will get to experience up to 100Mbps download speeds and 50Mbps of upload speeds. No only speed but also 5G network will bring low latency. This means good news for gamers because gaming via a 5G network would be much more seamless.
Video calls will be disturbance-free/ Lag-free.
This leads to the better future with autonomous vehicles ,better IOT based health care and much more. The telecom operator has partnered up with Google in order to launch affordable 5G smartphones soon. That being said, soon every other person will have a 5G smartphone in their hands.
